SCA currently follows three results oriented coaching programs i.e. Beginners (Soft ball), Intermediate (Soft and Leather ball) and Elite (Leather Ball) for both boys and girls from 6 years and above. SCA uses the latest coaching equipment including bowling machines for its coaching sessions and focuses on innovative implicit coaching methods. Stallions believe that developing the coaches and making sure that they are up-to-date with the latest developments in Cricket and coaching techniques is as important as developing the players. With this in mind SCA runs an internal Coach Development Programme uses resources from ICC, Cricket Australia, ACC and ECB for this program. The coaches have shown excellent development through this program and 3 of the coaches got accredited last month through ICC.
