Muhammad Khalid started playing cricket from a very young age when he was studying in Govt. High School, Rashid Abad Multan, Pakistan. When in 7th class he was offered Captainship of the school team. From then on he lead the school team as Captain Wicket keeper / Opening batsmen through out his school life till 1997.
When in college after formal trails, he was selected as Wicketkeeper / batsman. After 2 years he was selected to lead the college team which he led from 1999 to 2000.
After he joined PARCO (Pak Arab Oil Refinery) Qasba, Pakistan, he played a lot of tournaments from 2001 to 2005 at the capacity of Wicket Keeper/Opening Batsmen. After joining RasGas, Qatar in Mar, 2005, he represented RasGas & Al-Khor cricket team as wicketkeeper / Opening Batsmen
His favorite cricket ground is Parco Cricket Ground, Pakistan. He enjoyed watching Pakistan cricket team in action Multan Stadium with friends. He is so fascinated by the Pakistan Cricket team that he would like to watch their matches from toss till the awards giving ceremony. His favorite bowlers are Wasim Akram & Curtly Ambrose.
